Building it ourselves?
We are creative, imaginative, curious, and inventive. We have designed and built our last two houses - you get exactly what you want when you go down that path - and are possibly looking to do the same in Suffolk - so a VERY modest plot with at least Outline Planning Permission (OPP) in place to drop a 100m sq (1,100 sq ft) bungalow on. Not wholly rural, but village edge with pub and shops within walking distance would be excellent.
Things we love

Loyal, honest, fun-loving, married for 32 years. and dedicated to each other. (Ask our friends!) England born and bred - Fulham in London for Debra, Weston-Super-Mare for Tim - we are UK and US passport holders.
